Gang Wayz / AK Internationale Inc. (“the Company”) designs and sells ballistic protective bags and accessories built with panels tested according to NIJ Level IIIA performance standards or equivalent independent testing protocols.
Each item offers a proven level of ballistic protection when used as intended.
⚠️ BALLISTIC INFORMATION
Gang Wayz products are engineered to stop common handgun threats (up to .44 Magnum).
However, no personal armor can guarantee complete protection in every situation.
These products are not designed or guaranteed to stop:

Armor-Piercing (AP) rounds or ammunition with hardened metal, steel, or tungsten cores

Rifle or carbine ammunition (5.56×45 mm NATO, 7.62×39 mm, .308 Win etc.)

Shotgun slugs or special high-velocity loads

Multiple impacts in the same spot
Ballistic performance may vary with bullet type, velocity, distance, angle, and environmental conditions.
💥 ABOUT “NON-AP” 9 MM AND SIMILAR ROUNDS
Certain handgun rounds — especially some 9 mm loads — may not be marketed as Armor-Piercing yet clearly behave as such.
If a projectile has a pointed metal tip or a steel/tungsten core, it must be treated as Armor-Piercing.
Such rounds can penetrate soft NIJ Level IIIA-rated panels and even police vests.
The Company assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage caused by impacts involving these types of ammunition.

Products are sold “as is”, without express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Gang Wayz does not guarantee protection against injury or death in any specific incident or from any particular ammunition.
All testing is performed under controlled laboratory conditions; real-world results can differ.
⚖️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall Gang Wayz / AK Internationale Inc., its owners, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, death, property loss, or other damage arising from:

Unauthorized testing or demonstration

Criminal or unlawful acts involving the product
The buyer assumes all risks and responsibility for the use and possession of ballistic equipment.
