Our ballistic panels stop most common handgun rounds (up to .44 Magnum).
Important: any AP (Armor-Piercing) projectile — regardless of caliber — with a hardened metal, steel, or tungsten core or a pointed metal tip will defeat soft armor.
Even if a round isn’t labeled “AP,” if it looks pointy or has a steel core, treat it as Armor-Piercing.
Such rounds can penetrate police soft vests and will likely penetrate this bag.
The only reliable defense is heavy hard plates (ceramic, steel, etc..)
